Terms and Conditions
Article 1 — Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the contractual relationship between Parc Aventure Réallon SASU (SIRET 994 077 345 00019), whose registered office is located at 38 La Charrirette des Gleizes, 05160 Réallon, and any individual (hereinafter “the Customer”) wishing to participate in the activities of the high ropes adventure park operated under the name “Parc Aventure Réallon.”
The purchase of a ticket or the making of a pre-reservation constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Customer acknowledges having read and understood them prior to any purchase or reservation.
Article 2 — Description of Services
Réallon Adventure Park offers high-altitude adventure courses (tree-top adventure courses) consisting of stations set up in wooded areas. The facilities comply with European standards:
- EN 15567-1: Construction requirements for high ropes courses;
- EN 15567-2: Operational requirements for high ropes courses.
The park is open during the summer season, from June to September, Tuesday through Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Departure times are scheduled for 10 a.m., 2 p.m., and 5 p.m. These times are subject to change depending on weather conditions or exceptional circumstances.
Article 3 — Rates
The current rates are as follows:
Prices are listed in euros, including all taxes. They are subject to change at any time. The applicable prices are those in effect on the day of the visit, as posted on-site and on the website.
Article 4 — Advance Booking and Reservation
The website offers a pre-booking form that allows customers to provide their details (name, email address, desired date, number of people). This pre-booking does not constitute a firm and final reservation.
The park staff will confirm your reservation by email or phone. Your reservation is not final until you receive explicit confirmation from Parc Aventure Réallon.
Payment must be made in person on the day of the visit. Online payment is not available.
Article 5 — Methods of Payment
Payment for services is made on site and can be made by:
- Credit card
- Species
In accordance with Article L.112-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code, cash payments are accepted up to the legal limits in effect.
Article 6 — Conditions for Access to the Courses
6.1 General Terms and Conditions of Access
Access to the courses is subject to compliance with the following conditions:
- Each participant must meet the minimum and maximum height, weight, and age requirements for each course, as indicated on-site;

- Closed-toe shoes are required (flip-flops, sandals, and high heels are not allowed);
- Long hair must be tied back;
- It is prohibited to wear scarves, shawls, or any accessories that could get caught in the equipment.
6.2 Medical Contraindications
Tree-top adventure courses are not recommended, and may even be prohibited, for people with the following medical conditions:
- Heart problems;
- Joint or bone problems (shoulder, back, knee);
- Pathological vertigo;
- Epilepsy;
- Pregnancy;
- Any medical condition that precludes physical exertion at heights.
Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied access to the courses, with no refund.
If in doubt, the Customer is advised to consult their doctor before participating in the activity. Participants agree to report any health issues to park staff before beginning the activity.
6.3 Right to Refuse Access
Park staff reserve the right to deny access to anyone who does not meet the admission requirements or whose behavior poses a safety risk to themselves or others. In the event of denial of access for safety reasons, no refund will be issued.
Article 7 — Equipment and Safety
7.1 Personal Protective Equipment
Each participant is provided with personal protective equipment (PPE) consisting of a harness, a lanyard, and a continuous dual-belay system (continuous lifeline). This system, which complies with the EN 15567-2 standard, ensures that the participant remains securely attached at all times throughout the entire course.
7.2 Mandatory Safety Briefing
Before accessing the courses, all participants must attend a safety briefing conducted by a qualified operator. This briefing includes:
- An overview of the equipment and how it works;
- Safety guidelines to follow on the trails;
- An introductory course designed to ensure participants have a good understanding of the instructions.
Any participant who has not attended or completed the briefing will be denied access to the courses.
7.3 Safety Rules on the Courses
During the activity, each participant agrees to:
- Follow the instructions given during the briefing;
- Do not tamper with safety equipment;
- Follow the direction of traffic and do not pass another participant on a track;
- Do not jump from the platforms;
- Follow the instructions of park staff at all times.
If safety instructions are not followed, staff reserve the right to terminate the participant's activity without a refund.
7.4 Inspection of Facilities
The park's facilities are subject to regular inspections in accordance with the requirements of standard EN 15567-2:
- Daily check before opening;
- Periodic operational inspection;
- Annual inspection by an independent inspection body [TO BE COMPLETED: name of the inspection body].
Article 8 — Minors
8.1 Mandatory supervision
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult (parent or legal guardian) who must remain on site for the duration of the activity. The accompanying adult is not required to participate in the activity but must remain nearby and be reachable.
8.2 Parental Consent
For minors not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, a written and signed parental consent form is required. This document must be presented at the reception desk on the day of the visit. A sample consent form is available upon request and on the website. The accompanying adult named in the consent form must be present on-site for the entire duration of the activity.
8.3 Liability
Pursuant to Article 1242 of the Civil Code, parents or legal guardians are liable for damages caused by their minor children.
Article 9 — Weather Policy
Since tree-climbing is an outdoor activity, it is subject to weather conditions. Parc Aventure Réallon reserves the right to close the park or suspend the activity in the event of:
- Thunderstorm: Immediate closure and evacuation of the courses as soon as a risk of thunderstorms is detected;
- Strong winds: closure when wind speeds exceed the safety thresholds set by park management;
- Heavy or continuous rain: Closed if rain makes the facilities slippery and dangerous;
- Any other weather conditions that could jeopardize the safety of participants.
If the park closes before the activity begins due to weather conditions, the Customer will be offered:
- A rescheduling of the visit to a later date within the same season (subject to availability);
- A full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
In the event that the current activity is interrupted due to weather conditions:
- If less than half of the course has been completed: a rescheduling voucher or a partial refund will be offered;
- If more than half of the trip has been completed: no refund will be issued.
Article 10 — Cancellation and Refund Policy
10.1 Cancellation at the Customer's request
Since a pre-reservation is merely a request and not a binding contractual commitment, the Customer may cancel it at any time prior to confirmation by the park, without incurring any fees.
Since payment is made on site, customers who do not show up on the agreed-upon date are not required to pay anything. However, as a courtesy, we ask that you notify us in the event of a cancellation so that we can make the time slot available to other visitors.
10.2 Cancellation by the park
Réallon Adventure Park reserves the right to cancel a confirmed reservation in the event of force majeure, adverse weather conditions, or technical issues that compromise the safety of the facilities. The Customer will be notified as soon as possible.
10.3 Refund
In the event of cancellation by the park, the Customer will be offered a rescheduling or a full refund. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days.
Article 11 — Insurance and Liability
11.1 Professional Liability Insurance
Parc Aventure Réallon SASU has taken out professional liability insurance with [TO BE COMPLETED: name of the insurance company, policy number], covering bodily injury, property damage, and consequential damages that may be caused to participants in connection with the activity.
11.2 Park Liability
In accordance with Articles L.321-1 et seq. of the French Sports Code and the safety obligations incumbent upon operators of recreational sports activities, Parc Aventure Réallon takes all necessary measures to ensure the safety of participants: compliant facilities, inspected equipment, qualified staff, and safety briefings.
Réallon Adventure Park shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from:
- The participant's failure to follow safety instructions;
- The participant’s concealment of a medical contraindication;
- an act of God;
- Due to a third party.
11.3 The Customer's Personal Insurance
The Customer is advised to have personal accident insurance that covers any bodily injury they may sustain while participating in the activity.
Article 12 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to recreational services that are to be provided on a specific date or during a specific period. Since payment is made on-site on the day of the visit, this provision does not apply under the park’s current operating procedures.
Article 13 — Complaints
For any complaints, the Customer may contact:

Article 14 — Consumer Mediation
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, if a dispute cannot be resolved through a complaint filed with customer service, the Customer may refer the matter to a consumer mediator at no cost.

Article 16 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms and Conditions, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the registered office of Parc Aventure Réallon SASU, unless otherwise required by law, in which case the court of the consumer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
Consumer customers are protected by the provisions of the Consumer Code, including the jurisdiction of the court in their place of residence pursuant to Article R.631-3 of the Consumer Code.
Article 17 — Miscellaneous Provisions
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid by a court of law, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
The fact that Parc Aventure Réallon does not invoke any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions at a given time shall not be construed as a waiver of its right to invoke them at a later date.
