8. Insurance and safety inspection
In accordance with Article L.321-7 of the French Sports Code, the operation of the park is covered by a provider's public liability insurance policy:
This policy covers the financial consequences of the civil liability incurred by Réallon Aventure for damage caused to third parties in the course of these activities. It is not intended to compensate a participant for personal injury sustained where the operator bears no liability. Everyone is advised to check beforehand the cover provided by their own personal accident insurance, as set out in Article 11 of the terms and conditions of sale.
The installations are inspected every year by an inspection body external to and independent of the operator:
The inspection certificate and the current insurance certificate are displayed at the park reception, in accordance with Article R.322-5 of the French Sports Code. Copies may be provided on request to contact@reallon-aventure.fr.
